YES Corporate Finance (YES CF) is a successful, independent, and professional advisory firm specializing in mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and growth financing (debt & private equity), located in Rotterdam and Amsterdam. It is part of the international AICA network, which spans over 40 countries and 60 offices worldwide.

We are passionate about working with medium-sized (family-owned) companies (approximately 25-1000 FTE) and Dutch private equity firms. We have an entrepreneurial company culture with short communication lines and a lot of personal responsibility for our team members.

YES CF is an exclusive partner of ABN AMRO Bank in the SME sector. YES CF handles transactions between €5-100 million, with a focus on SME/SME+ transactions ranging from €10-75 million.

Our team consists of approximately 12-13 people, and the number grows annually.
