Clairfield Netherlands (previously Vondel Finance), headquartered in Amsterdam, is an independent corporate finance boutique and part of Clairfield International. Clairfield International is a partnership of leading corporate finance firms in 25 countries around the world.

Clairfield advises a wide range of clients such as private equity, entrepreneurs and corporate clients, on mergers & acquisitions, capital raises and other corporate finance issues. 

The team consists of young, dynamic and enthusiastic professionals who have a breadth of experience with strong and relevant track records. With senior team members each having an industry sector specialisation, junior team members have the opportunity to work in a wide range of sectors to develop and experience where their own preferences lie.
