DELTA Equity Partners specializes in successfully executing a buy & build strategy. Our team has already helped several companies achieve a leading position through a buy & build strategy. Since 2022, we have built five companies and completed a total of 30 transactions. Our investment team consists of ten experienced professionals with diverse backgrounds such as consultancy, banking, and private equity. Personal development is central, as is our entrepreneurial, professional, and people-oriented culture.

We are looking for ambitious students who are analytically strong but also bring energy, enthusiasm, and an entrepreneurial mindset. It is an advantage if you have relevant internship experience and are in the final phase of your studies.

Due to the high transaction volume, there is a good chance that you, as part of the deal team at DELTA, will be able to participate in a live deal, offering a steep learning curve. In addition, at DELTA, you will work as part of the investment team on market research, pitches, and analyses. Through one-on-one coaching and active participation in internal and external meetings, you will quickly develop into a private equity professional.
